At Teranet, we are committed to connecting our employees with opportunities to enhance their professional skills while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous process improvement with relevant learning and development opportunities.
The Operational Excellence Green Belt program at Teranet aims to instill a mindset that embraces specific principles and tools to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Through this program, we aim to create value for both our internal and external stakeholders. After the tremendous success of the program in Wave 1 (2018), Wave 2 (2019) and Wave 3 (2021), we embarked on Wave 4 in early 2023.
As a part of the Operational Excellence Green Belt Program, employees across Teranet, at all levels, were invited to submit their process improvement project ideas. A team of senior leaders selected the participants and their projects.
Launched in February 2023, the program included nine selected candidates, 50+ hours of extensive training (virtual & in-person) on concepts of Lean, Six Sigma (DMAIC), Change Management (ADKAR), Project Management, Data Analytics, Emerging Technologies (Dev Ops & Robotic Process Automation), Agile mindset, etc., 5+ hours of Executive interactions, weekly project mentorship and change management support.
In August, nine candidates wrapped up their journey and presented a final report to the Executive Committee. With great enthusiasm, we are pleased to announce the names of the individuals awarded Operation Excellence Green Belt Certification.
