Meet The Latest Member of the Month
This month’s spotlight is on Deepak Bansal – Home Loan Strategist at Dominion Lending Centres.
Deepak has 10 years of experience in the mortgage brokering industry and aims to help at least 100 families improve their financial situation through strategic mortgage planning.
While the COVID-19 pandemic has created challenges for mortgage professionals, Deepak feels that technology has played a critical role in helping brokers stay connected with their clients and business partners as well as get access to real-time market insights.
“Being a member of the Insighter community has allowed me to stay informed and updated. It also allows me to share my opinions and suggestions with Teranet,” said Deepak.
He also shared that customer insights should be a key area of focus, particularly during a pandemic.
“Only after knowing what a customer truly wants, can you make the right changes in your business to better serve those needs,” he added.
