From 2016 to the second quarter of 2018, detached homes without a sale took the bulk of private lending activity.
49% of private lending volume went to these types of properties.
The next highest segment was condominiums without a sale at 14%.
In the GTA, single detached houses took the lead, representing approximately 61% of all private lending volume.
