With 8 years’ experience in the industry, Tara is a mortgage professional, who also acts as a dedicated mentor for new brokers within her brokerage. She is a Velocity council member and uses her experience in the industry to support the new generation of mortgage agents.
As an avid PurView user, Tara is an advocate for the authoritative property data that she is able to access and use in building relationships with her clients.
“I use a PurView for almost every deal to be able to confirm value, who is on title, registered mortgage amount, original purchase date and original purchase price. This allows me to make sure I have all the necessary and accurate information on my file. This is also used to check for fraud and liens on the property.”
Tara remains innovative in her business and builds her clientele with consistent customer communication through automation. This allows her to remain connected with her customers and build deeper and long-lasting relationships. This CRM also allows her to create automated campaigns and targeted marketing campaigns to attract more business.
